Do I need a special license to drive the Sprinter?

You do not need a special license to drive our Class B vehicles. Generally, if the RV is 45-feet long or less, and you aren’t towing something over 10,000 pounds, then you usually don’t need a special license. We do not allow towing with our rentals.

How long does it take to respond to a rental request?

We pride ourselves on Customer Service. We do our best to respond to your questions immediately. Most replies are made within a few minutes or just a few short hours. If you send a request and do not receive a reply within 24hrs, please contact us directly at (678) 327-3175.

How do I rent?

Simply fill out our “Request a Reservation” form or contact us by phone. We will confirm availability and set up the reservation through a select platform to cover the agreement between both parties.

Are there restrictions on locations where a vehicle can be driven?

Our vehicles must remain inside the continental US borders. And we must approve any trip to special festivals for insurance purposes. If these specific terms are broken by the renter, that person is fully responsible for any penalty set, and all repairs, cleaning and additional charges that may apply.

Can I extend my trip?

It is possible to extend your trip if the dates are available. Please call (678) 327-3175 for more information and the steps to extend your trip.

Is Insurance and Roadside Assistance available

Our rentals are eligible for Roadside Assistance, Comprehensive Insurance Coverage, Trip Insurance and Damage Protection. More details will be covered at the time of reservation.

Sorry but due to common pet allergies with other renters, pets are not allowed with our rentals.
